The people that make up Kerridge & Partners


Peter founded Kerridge & Partners with a vision of creating a world leading executive search company. His passion and vision have ignited the imagination of his team and now they too share his dream.

With over eleven years' experience in executive search, Peter is well placed to advise your company on their leadership requirements.  His board roles include Trustee of Leadership New Zealand an organisation set up to focus on developing and enhancing the quality of New Zealand's future leaders, director of Business Excellence Architects, a business improvement technology consultancy and Nominating/Governance Chair for the Asia Pacific Region for the Association of Executive Search Consultants.

Peter has been a guest lecturer to MBA classes and a conference speaker on how organisations achieve excellence. He is a long time member of the Institute of Directors. He holds a Masters Degree from Cambridge University.

Jo has a passion for providing outstanding executive search solutions.  Her focus, dedication and diligence have enabled her to deliver on a wide range of difficult assignments across many sectors including financial services, healthcare, agribusiness and research & development.

With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Dairy Science and Technology, Jo's early career was with the New Zealand Dairy Board and Fonterra in project management and product development positions.

Jo has a total of seven years recruitment experience, comprising four years in London and a further three years here in New Zealand, recruiting executive positions across a range of industries and organisations.

Vikki joined Kerridge & Partners in 2006, continuing her extensive career in executive search. In a career spanning more than twenty years (so far!), Vikki has worked with blue-chip companies, turn-around organisations, start-ups and the public sector, both nationally and internationally.

Since arriving in New Zealand she has handled a variety of assignments including executive appointments in local government bodies and not-for-profit organisations.  In the private sector, Vikki has extensive experience within the banking, manufacturing, retail and the pharmaceutical industries.  Her vibrance, her enthusiasm and her determination to get great people into great jobs make Vikki a fantastic advisor for organisations seeking exceptional people.

Chris is a Partner of Kerridge & Partners where he specialises in executive coaching.  Chris has over 15 years’ experience of coaching in business at a senior level and a background in HR development, systems and finance.  He specialises in the coaching of leaders through acquisition and integration of businesses, the development of HR teams, executive career coaching and newly appointed leaders.

Prior to joining Kerridge & Partners, Chris was MD of the London-based consultancy Cedar International, where he worked extensively with senior executives and board members of many organisations in both the public and private sector.

Chris is an Accredited Member of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS). He is a qualified psychometric assessor, and a national level rowing coach, which included coaching his wife to be a world champion.

Luke works as a Senior Research Associate with Kerridge & Partners.  Since joining in January 2008, he has led CEO and General Manager level searches in the public and private sectors, including energy, retail, local government, professional services, and insurance.  His prior work experience is in process change management within a Big 4 accounting firm in the United States.  He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington; his knowledge of international business and strategy adds significant depth to our Research Team.  He also held key leadership roles during his university years where he was responsible for recruiting and managing membership of a large student organisation.

Helen Naisbitt is a Senior Research Associate. She has over 10 years project management experience in various industries including financial services, non-profit organisations, local Government and FMCG.  Helen has worked across projects covering marketing, implementation software solutions, change management and information systems.  She brings to our team her wealth of networks and strong leadership, communication, negotiation and coaching skills.  Originally from the UK, Helen is qualified with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Janna is another of our Research Associates, joining Kerridge & Partners in 2009. She is a barrister and solicitor with an Honours Law Degree from Canterbury University.  She has spent the majority of her career with a top New Zealand based law firm where she focused on corporate and commercial matters, specifically public law, energy and immigration.

Penny is a Research Associates and joins us from one of the major banks where she worked in the human resources function, specialising in recruitment and search. Formerly she worked in executive search for a respected Wellington-based firm. Originally Penny is from Ireland where she completed a degree in psychology.

Charmian is a Research Associate, joining Kerridge & Partners in 2010.  She holds a unique combination of qualifications from the University of Otago, including a Bachelor of Science in Physiology, Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Bioethics and Health Law.   Prior to embarking on an executive search career, Charmian practiced in a leading law firm where she specialised in intellectual property litigation and brand management, working alongside a number of iconic New Zealand businesses, and leading international sports and luxury brands. 

 

Amelia is our Team Coordinator and provides first class administrative support to the four partners and research teams at Kerridge & Partners.  Prior to joining our team, Amelia held PA and HR administrative roles in a number of sectors including financial services, property, insurance and local government.

Debbie is a Research Analyst at Kerridge & Partners and initially joined us part time whilst studying at the University of Auckland in 2008.  Now a full time researcher with the team,  she holds a  Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Commercial Law and Management.  As part of her degree she studied  HR policies and practices, employment relations and law as well as cross cultural management.  Prior to joining the team at Kerridge she  worked on HR projects for a mid tier Professional Services firm and has previous experience assisting in recruitment for  the  Finance, Accounting and Banking sectors.
