Kerridge & Partners is aligned with the internationally acclaimed Baldrige Criteria - a framework that enables us to continually improve and enhance our business. The Criteria is built upon a set of core values and concepts that include visionary leadership, customer-driven excellence, valuing employees and partners, management by fact, and a focus on results and creating value. We are always on the lookout for ways to improve our business, and we invite our clients to be a part of that process.
Our progress within this framework is such that in 2006 and 2007 we were awarded a New Zealand Business Excellence Award - Bronze, and in 2008 we were awarded a New Zealand Business Excellence Award - Silver, an achievement we are delighted with.

To achieve the best results for our clients, we actively limit the number of clients that we engage with in any given business sector to one or two at the most. Through this limitation we avoid conflicts, and keep our hunting ground as rich as possible.
The end result? More choice, and better results for our clients.
Handling the really tough assignments
Many clients rely on us for their most complex and senior leadership appointments, requiring a great deal of insight in the briefing process. Our experience, combined with our capability for working internationally, enables Kerridge & Partners to deliver a superb result. Our team have all worked internationally and are well able to advise candidates offshore about transitioning their career to New Zealand - we are truly international!
Charges
We work to build trusting relationships with our clients. As part of that trust, we guarantee you that there will be no nasty surprises when you receive our invoice. You will have a clear understanding of your commitment from the outset. We are very clear on what we charge for, and (just as importantly) what we don't charge for. For instance we do not mark up expenses for travel; we do not charge a monthly fee; we do not add a margin to advertising expenditure. You pay us for a result - end of story.
Check, re-check and check again
To call our validation processes thorough would be an understatement. We know that our clients need the best possible information to make decisions on their leadership appointments. We work hard to make sure that we have that information, and to ensure its validity. Then when we assess a candidate we complete qualification checks, police checks, and follow up with a comprehensive range of reference checks to build a thorough picture of the person. Our efforts (well above the industry norm) protect you against bad placements, and give you the knowledge you need to make a great decision.
